Grown on our grove in Aberdeen, in the heart of the Karoo, PROSPERITY is our limited-release 2026 harvest — cold-pressed within hours of picking and naturally cultivated without chemicals or pesticides, as we have done since the very first planting 20 years ago.

Each cultivar brings its own character to the blend:

Frantoio — robust and aromatic with notes of artichoke and fresh herbs, peppery finish
Coratina — strong and pungent, rich in polyphenols, bold backbone
Mission — balanced and mild, fruity with gentle bitterness

Together they create an oil that is smooth yet expressive — and distinctly Karoo.
